Rating: Hotels are 3 and 4 Star Accommodations
Choice: Each hotel has been chosen for location, comfort and access to travel sites.
Check-In: Each hotel will have you pre-checked in before you arrive.
Room Keys: The Hotel will have room keys waiting for the group as the bus arrives at the hotel. The keys will be distributed by the guide/trip leader.
People per Room: Two (2) people per room with two keys.
Single Supplement: If you desire a single room, there will be a single supplement charge. Email or call the trip leader to determine the single supplement cost.
Issue with a Room: Start by calling down to the front desk and seeing if they can remedy the situation. If it is not remedied, contact the trip leader.
Trip Leader Room: You will be notified of the trip leader’s room number upon arrival and you will have their mobile number in your Trip Pilgrimage Book.

the trip cost and will be served by the Hotels.
Restaurant Style: Breakfast and Evening Meals are almost always buffet style.

Not Covered in the Trip Cost: Lunches.
Lunches: The Bus will stop at places along the route
during the day where lunch is offered.
FOOD NOTES
You will get a tremendous amount of high quality food in the buffet
both at breakfast and at the evening meal.
Granola Bars and Fruit or similar will be on the buffet in the morning
that are easy to take along during the day.
There will be places at many of the sites to get food during our stops.
Transoceanic flights will include meals.
Flights within the USA will not include meals.
